CMPC Group Mentorship

Build your hours. Strengthen your practice. Learn alongside others who are working toward the same goal.

Group Mentorship

Preparing for the CMPC doesn't have to be a solo process. Group mentorship provides a supportive, practical space to ask questions, work through real-world scenarios, learn from other professionals, and build confidence as you work toward your certification.

What is CMPC Group Mentorship?

Group mentorship is designed for individuals working toward the Certified Mental Performance Consultant® (CMPC) credential who want the structure and support of mentorship while learning alongside other developing professionals (group sizes between 4 and 7).

Rather than simply checking off required hours, we'll use our time together to connect the CMPC competencies to real practice.

Depending on the group's needs, sessions may include:

  • Reviewing CMPC competencies and requirements

  • Discussing ethical and professional issues

  • Working through case examples

  • Developing mental performance interventions

  • Reviewing intake and assessment processes

  • Discussing documentation and record keeping

  • Talking through real-world challenges

  • Learning how to work with athletes, teams, coaches, and organizations

  • Reviewing session plans or intervention ideas

  • Sharing resources and practical tools

  • Learning from the experiences of other mentees

  • Q & A
